The AI Shopping Assistant already read the images sent inside a conversation: a shopper could photograph a product and get an answer about it once the exchange had started. Opening that exchange still took a written message.
An image can now be the first message. A shopper who has a photo of the product sends it and the assistant works from it straight away, without describing in words what they are looking for. Nothing to set up, this applies to every AI Shopping Assistant.
