Follow-up questions are no longer missing after a Starter answer
A shopper who opened the conversation from a Starter on a product page or a category page saw the assistant's answer arrive without its follow-up questions. Those answers now come with their follow-up questions again.

Quick Reply clicks are no longer ignored when the chat opens from a widget
When a shopper opened a conversation from an engagement widget, their click on a Quick Reply option was ignored and the conversation closed five minutes later without ever being routed. These clicks are registered and route the conversation.

Custom behaviors are now always prioritised
A configured Custom Behavior was set aside in favour of the assistant's default behavior. Custom Behaviors are now always prioritised.

The Assistant no longer answers in the wrong language on ambiguous messages
A Custom Behavior based on the language a shopper writes in could fail to trigger when the wording was too ambiguous to identify a language, and the Assistant answered in the wrong language. Detection now covers these cases.

The Assistant's answers no longer come from the previous product page
When a shopper moved to a new product page during a conversation, the AI Shopping Assistant kept answering using the specs from the product of the page before. All answers now use the specs of the page the shopper is looking at.

The Assistant reads images sent over WhatsApp
An image sent by a shopper over WhatsApp never reached the AI Shopping Assistant, which answered that it had no access to the photo. These images are now read and answered.

A Starter question no longer shows twice once the conversation starts
Once a shopper started a conversation from an embedded Starter, the Starters were generated again and one question could show twice. The list now stays as it is.

Starters no longer serve content from a deleted knowledge source
After a knowledge source was deleted, Starters kept serving what it held, including prices that had changed. They now follow the current Knowledge Base.

A product page keeps the same Starters whatever link leads to it
Starters were generated from the address in the shopper's browser, tracking parameters and variations included. A product page is now recognised as the same page whatever link leads to it, and keeps the same Starters.

In the Support Desk, closing a conversation no longer closes the next one
In the Support Desk, an agent who closed a conversation and moved to another one before the close finished could see that second conversation closed as well. Switching is now held back until the close is over.

An active conversation stays open while the shopper writes
A conversation could be closed automatically while the shopper was still writing. Every shopper message now pushes it back.

Facebook messages with several images no longer disappear before reaching your agents
A Facebook Messenger message carrying several attachments at once did not reach the agent. These messages now arrive and display.

Shared canned answers are back
In the Support Desk, the shared canned answers of the library disappeared for every agent on the account, leaving only a welcome message and a few closing phrases. The whole library shows again.

Transaction columns are filled again in the conversations CSV export
In the conversations CSV export, the turnover, currency, transaction date and transaction ID columns were empty for every conversation, even when those transactions showed in your reports. These columns are filled again.

Transactions appear in the Sales Report again
From 15 July, transactions stopped appearing in the Sales Report across sites, and the Products filter of the Conversations Report returned nothing. Both work again.

Products removed from your CSV no longer stay in the Knowledge Base
A product removed from your CSV catalog stayed in the Knowledge Base after a manual update, and the AI Shopping Assistant kept recommending it. Products dropped from the file are now removed.

The preview on your site shows Starters on category pages again
Opening the preview on your real site from a category page showed no Starters, so their design and position could not be checked before going live. Category pages now show them.

PrestaShop prices no longer come out below those on your Storefront
Product prices synced from a PrestaShop store were computed with another country's VAT rate, so the AI Shopping Assistant quoted prices slightly below the ones on your Storefront. Prices now use the VAT rate of your store's default country.

Products no longer appear twice in the Top Performance tab
A product whose name or image changed during the period appeared several times in the Top Performance tab of the Sales Report, and the CSV export carried the same duplicates; categories were split the same way. Each one now appears once, under its most recent name and image.

The product filter of the Conversations report returns the same list every time
The product filter of the Conversations Report could return a different list each time it was opened. It now returns the same list every time.
